Lubricators

Installation Instructions

  1. Pregrease bearing with standard hand lube gun to ensure that lubricant will flow smoothly into bearing. Use same grease as in dispenser.
  2. Remove grease nipple and screw in appropriate adaptor if necessary. Small Lubrication dispenser has 1/4”, large unit 1/2” NPT mounting nipple. Use adaptors if necessary to mount lubrication unit.
  3. If possible, install automatic lubrication dispenser directly onto bearing. If there is no clearance, an extension of up to 3 ft (for grease) and 15 ft (for oil) may be installed (use 1/4” I.D.). Before installing dispenser, fill extension with appropriate lubricant with standard hand lube dispenser.
