Lubricators
Our automatic lubricators use an electropneumatic principle to supply a controlled amount of lubricant for up to 1 year. A DIP-switch control panel regulates an electrochemical reaction to produces N gas. As the gas is being produced, the collecting bellow expands and pushes down on a piston. This in turn pushes the lubricant out of the reservoir and into the bearing or application.
The principle advantage of the electronic lubricator is that it allows maintenance to precisely regulate the amount of lubricant provided and thus avoid over or under-lubrication.
Our safe and reliable lubricators can be installed in areas that are difficult to access and where regular maintenance requires machine shut downs. In situations where dirt and dust create and a harsh environment, our lubricators seal the grease fitting thereby preventing dust and moisture from entering bearings. By supplying a continuous flow of fresh lubricant our lubricators extend bearing life by “flushing” out old grease, moisture and harmful chemicals. Our electronically regulated lubricators can be mounted in any direction. Automatic lubricators extend bearing lives and save on machine downtime by continually providing a steady flow of fresh lubricant.
